Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and must include your proof of purchase. Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
